Physical courtroom experience is a must. It also should be at least several years worth of experience.

3)Read some reviews. Find out where they stand and where you stand. Pick someone who is part of a professional organization. There is a list online. Check it out. If the guy or girl is not on this professional list, then you should not be picking them.
